We offer three curated appointment experiences, each designed to reflect a different level of time, intimacy, and hospitality. All experiences maintain the same couture standard of care and expertise.

Duration: 90 minutes
Guests: Bride + up to 3 guests
Fee: $50 (non-refundable; credited toward gown purchase)

The Atelier Appointment is a refined introduction to the Iryna Shalom Couture experience. Designed for clarity, expert guidance, and efficient gown discovery in an intimate setting.

Includes:

• Private 90-minute consultation
• Access to curated ready-to-order and special-order gowns
• One-on-one expert styling and silhouette guidance
• Private fitting space for you and your guests
• Professional recommendations based on fit, proportion, and design direction
• Overview of alteration and refinement possibilities

The Ruby Experience is thoughtfully designed for the bride who wants more than a standard appointment - a refined balance of relaxation, attention, and intentional luxury. It’s a wonderful option for those seeking something elevated, without stepping into the full Exclusive Diamond offering.

• Extended appointment in a semi-private lounge setting
• One-on-one gown consultation with a Bridal Experience Stylist
• Sparkling beverages served during your visit
• A selection of light, seasonal refreshments for you and your guests
• A complimentary Iryna Shalom robe to enjoy during your appointment
• A signature bride hanger to take home
• A 10% styling credit toward accessories purchased during your visit

A Perfect Balance of Ease and Elegance

The Ruby Experience is ideal for brides who want a memorable, boutique-style appointment with thoughtful extras - perfect for your first “yes” moment, a return visit with loved ones, or simply indulging in a special experience without committing to the highest tier.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, will incur a $50 fee.

Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may result in cancellation and the applicable fee. If you anticipate being late, please contact our Concierge Team so we can assist you.

The Exclusive Diamond Couture Experience is designed for brides who want their moment to feel truly special - private, personalized, and beautifully elevated. It’s more than a dress appointment; it’s a full experience centered around you.

Cancellation Policy:

A $100 fee applies to cancellations made within 48 hours.

Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes late may result in cancellation and the fee being charged. If you’re running late, please reach out to our Concierge Team so we can explore options.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and will be credited toward your gown purchase.

All appointments are final once booked.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment at our discretion.

FITTING & ALTERATIONS

All Iryna Shalom Couture gowns include complimentary basic alterations to refine fit and proportion.

Additional modifications — including structural changes, custom adjustments, or extensive refinements — are available and will incur additional fees.

Determination of what constitutes “basic alterations” is at the sole discretion of Iryna Shalom Couture.

PURCHASE POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the bespoke nature of our garments and services, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be offered under any circumstances, including gowns, alterations, booking fees, or services rendered.

TIMELINES

• We recommend beginning your couture experience well in advance of your event to allow for proper ordering and fittings.
• Orders placed within 8 weeks of an event may be considered rush orders and are not 100% guaranteed.

Iryna Shalom Couture is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

This is not a traditional retail appointment.

It is a personalized experience - guided, intentional, and designed to reflect who you are becoming.
